- There are lots of differences, so its worth the $40-$50.

- the Express has no NVRAM (no stored settings),
- no FLASH ROM,
- no Alphanumeric display,
- no Caller ID,
- and no Adaptive or Silent Answer.
- And the Mac version of the Express is nastily powered off ADB.
